IT-Projektleiter M365 Collaboration & Digital Workplace (m/f/d)

As a strategic IT project manager, you design the GuideCom digital workplace so that everyone can master their own working day more easily, more effectively and more sustainable. You are driving forward the further development of our workplace services with a clear vision, high capacity for implementation and real value for all employees. You develop Microsoft teams to the platform that brings together communication, tasks and collaboration smart, intuitive and connecting. You can create modern, media-break-free workflows from Microsoft teams with Planner, To Do, Share Point and other M365 services that create enthusiasm for new ways of working. You take professional leadership responsibility, give orientation and bring stakeholders together with clarity, energy and persuasiveness.

You have several years of experience as an IT project manager or product manager, ideally suited to a portfolio of several flat forms. You have well-founded practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, in particular with Microsoft teams, and its integration with Planner, To Do and Share Point. You understand technical relationships between identities, permissions, clients and collaboration services and can independently implement configurations and workflows. You combine technical details with a strong view for user-friendliness and adoption and want to generate significant influence with your work. You work in a structured, decision-making manner, and you keep the overview of dependencies and intersections in complex environments.
