Customer Service Claims Manager (m/f/d)

In the area of Damage Service, you are responsible for the complete consultation and care of our insurance and sales partners in all claims matters. The area of responsibility covers damage from private housing, household and glass insurance. In your team you meet people who take responsibility and bring your personal strengths. You work service- and solution-oriented: From the take-up of damage to the proper and professional regulation of the damage, you always take into account economic risks and opportunities. You are the first contact person: communication and negotiation with all stakeholders and external service providers is also one of your tasks. You will introduce your expertise: As part of the damage processing, you will also determine regression possibilities.

Training: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments. Experience: You have already been able to gain practical experience in handling material damage. Knowledge: You have a safe occurrence as well as a service-oriented basic attitude and negotiation skills.
