Site Manager Asphalt Construction (m/f/d)

Our building manager in Asphaltbau will soon be in his well-deserved retirement. He has run the Asphalt area completely independently in our company for over 25 years. We currently have an asphalt column and the complete technical equipment (including 3 different asphalt feeders). He is currently taking over not only the building management and billing, but also the independent calculation of asphalt construction measures of any kind as well as all superordinate tasks for his area. Of course, the management is always available to him on all relevant topics. It is also supported by an assistance (calculation, creation of arrangements, general correspondence, etc.).

To occupy the place: In addition to an experienced asphalt building manager (m/w/d) with costing experience, we can also imagine occupying the site with an asphalt building manager (m/w/d) without costing experience and without major experience in a line position. Our current building manager would accompany and work intensively on all relevant topics in the medium term.

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, ideally with a focus on road construction and/or training as road builder Mind. 5 years of professional experience in asphalt construction High technical understanding Very good organizational skills and a structured, independent working Good knowledge of MS-Office and experience in dealing with billing and calculation programs (e.g. iTWO) Self-employed and committed working methods and team skills Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking and action
