Own-responsible alignment of turnkey construction projects in the construction sector taking into account the technical, terminological and economic objectives The management of the construction site staff is in your hands They are responsible for general contractor management as well as the construction workflow and construction site result control Subcontractor coordination, monitoring of performance qualities, recognition and implementation of the building block, performance recognition and preparation, auditing, performance reporting, maintenance of work costing also belong to their daily tasks

A completed study, preferably in the field of civil engineering or a completed training or further training to the technician:in or Master:in Professional experience in a comparable position Knowledge in MS-Office, BIM, Lean, as well as in a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as an independent, committed and result-oriented way of working complete your profile
