IT Lead Architecture wholesale group (m/w/d) Location Stuhr bei Bremen Your Role – IT Lead Architecture Management (m/w/d) with Real Power At the Stuhr site you will help shape the strategic development of our IT landscape. Together with IT, departments and management, you develop target architectures that effectively support our business, transformation and digitalization goals. You combine strategic vision with pragmatic implementation. The position is full-time with 40 hours per week; up to two days of mobile work per week are possible.

The leadership and further development of the Architecture Management department are yours. At the same time, you actively shape the further growth of the team. For the further development of our IT landscape, you give the strategic direction. Together with IT, departments and management, you develop the IT target architecture and matching transformation roadmaps. You develop and establish architectural principles, standards and decision-making processes for enterprise, solution and business architecture. You anchor your uniform application in the organization. At project and portfolio level, you control and moderate architectural reviews and ensure the quality of architectural decisions. As a Sparringspartner at eye level, you advise management, departments, IT management and project and program managers. Business requirements are translated into sustainable and sustainable solutions. When short-term requirements conflict with long-term architectural goals, you create transparency, moderate decisions and take responsibility for sustainable solutions. With standardization and consolidation, you develop the IT landscape and build technical debt, redundancy and unnecessary complexity.

You will bring a completed study of (economic) informatics, a comparable IT-related study course or a comparable qualification. An IT training in conjunction with extensive professional experience also qualifies you. Long-standing experience in the enterprise, solution or application architecture brings you – ideally 10 to 15 years. Practice from complex IT landscapes as well as transformation and digitization projects is familiar to you. You know modern cloud and hybrid scenarios, APIs and data platforms as well as architecture governance, architectural decisions and architectural reviews. You have already collected the first or comprehensive leadership experience and have guided teams professionally and/or disciplinaryly. Developing people and professional topics makes you happy. You understand business processes and economic relationships. Thinking end-to-end and combining strategic claim with pragmatic decisions is an excellent feature. In exchange with management, disciplines and IT, you communicate confidently. You also convince, moderate target conflicts and find viable solutions without formal authority. Very good knowledge of German and secure English in at least C1 level you bring. Architecture or cloud certifications as well as knowledge in TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, ITIL or SAFe are a plus.
