Proactive and holistic control of complex installation projects for industrial food processing in close coordination with customers, all internal interfaces and external suppliers, from planning phase to commissioning Responsibility for the project organisation and implementation according to the internal project processing standards as well as for project controlling and regular internal reporting up to the final handover to the customer Active management, control and management of the internationally occupied project teams to realize customer requirements and project objectives Development of automated process sequences and solutions as well as participation in the creation of line and factory layouts and technical documentation Sales support for complex projects for industrial fish processing according to customer specifications or Specifications and testing of technical feasibility Creation of project calculations and schedules as well as their controlling as part of the project achievement Handling and implementation of Scope Changes and acquisition of Claim Management

Successfully completed technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or comparable with an industrial background Influential professional practice in international project management, preferably in plant engineering, with experience in controlling and coordinating technically complex projects including claim and change management Experience in the selection and control of service providers/suppliers as part of projects Certification or training in project management (PRINCE, PMI, IPMA or similar) desirable Know-how in handling CAD (SolidWorks and AutoCad), SAP and MS-Office Very good English skills in word and writing Technical understanding, proactivity and solution orientation Organisational skills, communication skills and customer orientation as well as joy in success in the team readiness to travel
