The focus of the position is on the professional training, support and further development of our drivers in the theoretical and practical fields. This includes: Responsible for the planning and organisation of further training at our training facilities recognised nationwide by the Professional Driver Qualifications Act Transfer of professional expertise in the field of transport logistics, as well as seminars and training Creating curricula and defining training objectives Coordination and deployment planning of our external specialist lecturers Procurement of training materials Support and advice of drivers and fleet managers in the field of driving licence and professional drivers qualification rights Communication with competent authorities and administrations in connection with the recognition and monitoring of BKF further education Support and advice of employees responsible for the tour planning Technical advice and support of the Transgourmet Technology Team Travel activities to our locations throughout the federal territory Willingness to carry out training according to professional drivers qualification law on Saturdays, if necessary

Power coach or qualification as driving instructor (C/CE) Professional experience in adult education Detections of prescribed training for instructors (§53 FahrlG) and/or for trainers and instructors (§7 BKrFQV) Training certificate or comparable educational qualifications Very good didactic, methodological preparation of the training contents for knowledge and skill placement High degree of independent and independent work Interdisciplinary and process-oriented thinking Very good communication skills, empathy, as well as particularly strong team skills Routinized handling of digital media and MS Office programs
