You support the Team Leader Site Service in all relevant tasks You are responsible for the management of reconstruction, modernization and repair measures in the area of the building infrastructure in close cooperation with the trade unions responsible departments. You control all persons involved in the project, such as external planners and service providers, thereby ensuring compliance with quality, time and cost objectives You develop technically, economically and ecologically optimal structural solutions You prepare tenders for construction services and actively contribute to their implementation You ensure complete project documentation and, in cooperation with a design designer, ensure the regular updating of all structural technical inventory drawings

You have successfully completed vocational training with subsequent further training to the state-tested technician in the field of construction technology or a comparable qualification. You provide relevant professional experience in the management of conversion, modernisation and repair projects and have a well-founded knowledge in the tendering and settlement procedures You are safe in dealing with the VOB and with relevant standards and regulations You are characterized by a high self-motivation as well as a result-oriented and economic thinking and action You have basic knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office tools Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
