In this central role, all payroll-relevant topics for the German space come together: Implementation and professional management of monthly pay billing Central respondent for all tax issues and special and special attitudes Interface between HR, Finance, external service providers and tax advice Ensuring compliance with tariff, tax and social insurance regulations Implementation of tariff changes, legal innovations and annual financial statements Support and further development of payroll processes in the SAP HCM environment (key user function) Creation of reports, evaluations and key figures Cooperation in HR and system projects and process optimization

Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Experience with SAP HCM Safe handling of tariff rules Very good German and fluent English skills Structured, responsible operation and pronounced communication strength Openness, team orientation and joy in a central interface function
