You are responsible for the operation and further development of our hybrid system landscapes (onPrem, private cloud, SaaS) and optimise them by using modern CI/CD pipelines. Your focus is on ensuring the stable operation of SAP systems, automating recurring tasks with scripts in Python or PowerShell. As a central contact person in 2nd level support, you analyze complex disturbances and work on the sustainable optimization of system performance. You actively participate in the design and implementation of new IT solutions, in particular in the future field of AI, and work closely with the departments of TU Darmstadt. Together with the team, you proactively monitor system health, develop monitoring and advance the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.
You have completed a study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the care of complex IT environments. You are safe to use CI/CD platforms and bring good knowledge to technologies such as Python, PowerShell, JSON and Linux. You have practical experience in operating cloud infrastructures, ideally with private clouds or SaaS solutions.
