In your role as a fixed customer advisor (m/w/d), you support customers in key financial and precautionary issues, work closely with the banking teams and the R+V colleagues on site and are regularly present in various banking branches of your region. Experience onboarding: Depending on the state of knowledge, you’re going through our proven qualification program for the IHK-certified specialist for insurance brokerage (m/w/d) and will find it quickly in your task field. Consultancy: You recognize what our customers need in the areas of insurance and prevention, advise them comprehensively and develop appropriate insurance and precautionary solutions. Customer support: You enter the existing customer base of the partner banks, prepare conversations before and after and implement your advice successfully with the sale. You will remain reliable contacts for your customers.
