Pre-worker production panel production (M/W/D)

Technical guidance and leadership of the team, as well as planning and organisation of personnel deployment Implementing instructions and ensuring compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations Organizing and monitoring work processes and ensuring trouble-free and timely work execution Control of material supply at individual workplaces Documentation of production processes and initiation of emergency measures in case of deviations in the process Control of workflows and tools, as well as ensuring product quality Operation of machines in the task area, in particular, brushes and adjustment of the sectional door - panel production line Participation of process optimization and continuous improvement of production processes

Complete technical training ideally in metal processing Additional qualification desirable e.g. technicians or masters Multiannual professional experience in production with leadership experience Self-conscient, responsible and solution-oriented working Teamability, Enforcement, Communicationability and Loadability Craft and organizational skills Basic knowledge of MSExcel and Word, SAP knowledge of advantage
