Successfully completed university studies with a focus on architecture or engineering Multiannual professional experience in real estate and project development of residential and commercial properties Experience in the design and construction of complex construction projects Interest in the development of inno­vative construction and industrial solutions Good knowledge of planning and construction, rental and sales law Flexibility, high performance and customer orientation Professional and souvenir appearance, power of pro­creation and capacity of implementation, combined with expressed sub­sectoral thinking and independent working methods
