Team Leader Production Planning / Production Control (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the planning, control and monitoring of the production of generators at the Magdeburg site Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team (< 10 persons) and organization and control of the workflows in accordance with the objectives Creation and maintenance of production plans, SAP work plans and master data as well as communication of production status and key figures Ensuring the optimal integration of personnel, materials and capacities, including large personnel and resource planning Analysis of production and production data for the continuous improvement of procedures, structures and efficiency Close cooperation with internal intersections and safeguarding the inclusion of guidelines, processes, standards and business culture, as well as a frictionless flow of information Early detection of deviations in the production process and minimising production interruptions and risks

Higher education or master / technician degree Multiannual professional experience as a production planner/taxer in the industrial environment Detectional expertise as a Discipline leadership Know-how in project work and interdisciplinary cooperation Advanced knowledge in SAP (ERP, MM, APO) and MS Office German (C2) and good English (at least B2) Organizational, team spirit, communication strength and problem-solving competence Representative decision-making and target management Analytical thinking and structured working Own initiative and enforcement
