Qualification: completed technical (technical)higher education (Diplom-Ing. [FH] /Bachelor) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or comparable degree programs or equivalent knowledge and many years of experience at engineering level Competences: comprehensive expertise and many years of practical experience in the management/project management of construction projects and measures including business knowledge knowledge of the relevant building, planning and procurement law, technical regulations many years of experience in managing and maintaining large-scale properties Experience in personnel management IT user knowledge for Microsoft Office User knowledge of SAP and CAFM are desirable Other: Ability to work independently and team-oriented, critique and social competence thorough and careful operation, high reliability Ability to work into changing tasks fast and good understanding; good organisational skills, capacity for economic thinking and action Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work good judgment, associated with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Ability to work in a structured and timely manner even in the case of high work volume convincing communication and moderation capability as well as oral and written expressiveness readiness for the extended safety review pursuant to § 9 SÜG (Safety Review Act) Special note: The prerequisite for the placement is the successful extended safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG), into which the spouse/living partner(s) is also included.
