1st-Level Support / IT Support (Mensch)

Processing and documentation of IT requests: You collect, process and document incoming IT requests structured in our ticket system and ensure a comprehensible processing. Support for users:inside with hardware and software problems: You support our users: both competently with hardware and software problems and provide quick, solution-oriented help in the daily business. Device and output of terminals: You take over the device, configuration and output of terminals and ensure their readiness to use. Implementation of small administrative activities: You perform smaller administrative tasks in the IT environment and support the team in recurring activities. Transfer of complex requests to the 2nd level or the departments: You analyze incoming disorders and forward more complex concerns to the 2nd level support or the relevant specialist departments.

IT Basic knowledge & first support experience: At best, you have basic IT skills and first experience in user support as well as in handling ticket systems. Problem solution joy & user orientation: You are happy to solve IT problems and appreciate direct contact with users. Service orientation & communication strength: You appear service-oriented, friendly and patient and also keep a cool head in stressful situations. Structured mode of operation: You work reliably, organized and independently and ensure careful work. Team skills & knowledge sharing: You like to work in the team and bring the willingness to actively share your knowledge and develop solutions together. Knowledge of common systems & terminals: You ideally have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 as well as in dealing with common devices such as PC, laptop and smartphone. Continuing Education & Technology Interest: You are open to further education and are interested in new technologies and IT topics. Cross entry possible: A cross entrance is explicitly possible with appropriate motivation and readiness to learn.
