Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the asset consulting market with 15 employees at several locations Further development and implementation of sales strategies to improve customer success Leadership, motivation and development of your team with a clear focus on excellent consulting and customer acquisition Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards Active representation of the Sparkasse in the region and expansion of networks

Completed economic studies or comparable qualifications Training as trainer or sales coach desirable Multiannual experience in the financial sector in the upscale customer segment with leadership responsibility Strong communication and negotiation skills with a strong sense of customer needs High level of self-initiative, target orientation and decision-making Knowledge of regulatory requirements readiness to actively represent the savings bank in the public
