Your daily field:

• You conduct your shift team constructively with heart and mind – and a clear plan
• You keep the machines and production running – without magic, but with a lot of know-how and esprit
• Disorders? You recognize them faster than Netflix – and efficiently fix them
• You work closely with work preparation, quality assurance and logistics
• Security and order? There's nothing going on with you

You fit us if you:

• A training as a process mechanic (m/w/d) for plastic and rubber technology or something similar
• Machines can not only operate but also understand and improve processes
• A real team player – fair, clear and organized
• You want shiftwork
• With the computer not standing on the feet of war
