Together with your colleagues, You lead our employees, employees and trainees with commitment, heart and high quality standards. Their tasks also include support in the design of the service plan, the daily division of the team and the check-in of the rooms. You will keep an overview of the individually designed guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest quality and compliance with our standards. You are actively engaged in the development and implementation of new standards, with the heart of quality and perfection. We find it great if someone has an eye for details – and this ability can also pass on to the team. You agree closely with the reception and the home technicians to ensure a smooth process. Together with the other house ladies, organize and coordinate the daily tasks in housekeeping. You actively support our great housekeeping crew and motivate them with your positive way. By implementing our high standards and your own personality, you contribute significantly to the quality and well-being of our house.

You are a dedicated and motivated leadership who wants to develop their skills and take on new challenges.
