In order to strengthen our new organization HFXP “Program Management Excellence (PME)” we are looking for a “specialist S4-HANA and Dashboarding (w/m/d)” that professionally supervises the topic Invest to Disposal (I2D) with regard to SAP S/4-HANA and anticipates the company-wide further development of the new ERP system and dashboarding. Specialist S4-HANA and Dashboarding (w/m/d) The new organization directly below the Group Transformation Officer / Chief Operating Officer (GTO/COO-Perimeter) is currently dealing with three main transformation topics within HENSOLDT and is actively supporting the four divisions (Radar & EW, Optronics, MDS and S&T) from a strategic staff function: Program Management Excellence in the Main Processes Project, Product & Portfolio (GTO perimeter) Invest to Disposal (I2D) Responsibility in the new SAP S/4-HANA program to replace SAP R3 and create a new central and uniform dashboarding at HENSOLDT Group level (GTO perimeter) Replacement of a new and fully integrated industrialization end-2-end process within HENSOLDT (COO perimeter)

Expert/specialist within the PME team Development and support in implementing the company-wide PM Excellence Strategy Analysis of existing processes, methodology, applications, identification and implementation of improvement potentials Close professional involvement in top management, divisions and central functions as well as moderation of cross-functional control bodies and preparation of effective escalation and decision logic. Promoting the exchange of information and best practices. Creation of a holistic PM culture. Development within HENSOLDT in the development of PM capabilities. Your areas of responsibility Processes and governance Professional leadership of employees in the matrix organization and mentoring Development, implementation and control of a uniform governance structure in the I2D SAP S/4-HANA program Building and ensuring an integrated control within the I2D End 2 Process in line with the strategic corporate objectives Definition, monitoring and continuous optimization of project and program management processes. Close cooperation and coordination with all relevant end-to-end global process owners. Ensuring and integrating Lessons Learned within the QMSR. Development of Group-wide standards (e.g. PMI and SAP applications) Dashboarding Combining a group-wide and uniform dashboarding Planning, implementation and structured support of this special workstream Support for divisions and central areas in demanding programs and strategically relevant initiatives. Management reporting and enablement through KPI-based transparency for improved control within divisions and business units Creation of a holistic early warning system for higher management Focus on the new industrialization process (KPI e.g. Delivery Readiness etc.) Strategic projects and further development Head of cross-functional initiatives to further develop the governance architecture, e.g. digitalisation of PM dashboarding. Introduction of new processes, methods, instructions for action. Tools, Standards, Reporting & Monitoring Responsibility for the company-wide standards, methods, tools and maturity models in the I2D E2E process. Harmonization and standardization along HENSOLDT Governance. Definition, monitoring and reporting of cross-project KPIs to ensure transparency and taxability. Community & Capability Development Establishing, controlling and moderating a cross-departmental network of governance and PM/PMO/Finance cross-section representatives for the topic Dashboarding. Organisation of training, knowledge formats and exchange platforms.

Completed studies in the field of IT/ingeny, management, business Long-standing leadership experience in project or program management and PMO High SAP knowledge (especially S/4-HANA) High knowledge in the analysis of IT and business processes High knowledge of ServiceNow Tool Knowledge of common PM standards (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, agile methods). High competence in process management, governance and change management. Experience in handling PM tools, reporting and KPI-controlled control. Impressed leadership, communication skills and stakeholders management. Hands-on mentality paired with strategic vision. readiness for national and international missions English language skills
