As a Senior Technical Consultant, you are our ServiceNow specialist and help your colleagues and customers successfully implement their projects with a focus on CSM (Customer Service Management) and RSO (Retail Services Operations) You are responsible for designing technical and technical solutions based on the requirements of our customers. You implement implementation projects, such as integrations or configurations of ServiceNow solutions in CSM (Customer Service Management), RSO (Retail Services Operations), and ITSM (IT Service Management) As a ServiceNow specialist, you take a central role as a contact person for and for the successful development of the ServiceNow team at DEFACTO.
