WE BEEPS

• Attractive and over-tariff compensation between €18.00 and € 20,00 per hour for entry, depending on the qualification and Professional experience, based on the DGB tariff agreement and TV BZ ME
• Regular working hours in the 3-shift system from Monday to Friday for a 37.5-hour week and an average monthly Working hours of approx. 162.5 hours
• Weekly change between early shift from 06:00 to 14:00 o'clock, late shift from 14:00 o'clock to 22:00 o'clock and night shift from 22:00 to 06:00
• Additional 25 % surcharges for night work and 100 % for Public holidays

REQUIREMENTS

• They operate and monitor various production and Stamping machines for the production of metal components
• The machines and equipment are equipped with the necessary Materials and subsequently remove the finished workpieces
• Easy setup, adjustment and retooling according to the respective production orders and technical Requirements
• During ongoing production, monitor the Machine processes and detect deviations or occurring Disorders early
• Smaller machine troubles fix yourself and take required corrections within the scope of your task

PROFIL

• Ideally you have a completed Projektmanager (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d) or a comparable technical and metalworking qualification
• Alternatively, first relevant professional experience as Projektmanager (m/w/d), , Projektmanager (m/w/d) within industrial manufacturing with (m/w/d) with technical understanding, craftsmanship and interest in the operation of Production machines are welcome
• experience with punching, pressing or sheet metal processing machines and in handling metallic materials is advantageous
• To set up, operate and monitor the used machines bring a good technical understanding and practical skills
• Work in the 3-shift system with weekly shift change for you possible
