Number: MER000413Q In the IT for the research and development sector, we are responsible for the team “Release Workflow & Product Master Data”, including the processes and methods of the design release process for the processing, testing and approval of components or component uses for vehicle/aggregate unit lists. We ensure that the methods and processes in the associated IT systems are correctly and completely mapped. In your work, you support the adaptation of the IT systems in the form of smaller specifications and concepts, implementations as well as testing and information of users about newest changes. Your tasks include: Editorial management and maintenance of our social intranet appearance as well as our sharepoint with the user documentation

Collection & documentation of requirements, as well as creation of smaller IT specifications incl. Research

Planning, implementation & documentation of tests to ensure functionality & data quality

Creation of click guides & training documents for users

The activity can begin from May 2026.

Studies in Business Informatics or Similar Studies

Secure handling of MS Office programs (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Experience in dealing with the PDM system “Smaragd” and/or DIALOG-E

Knowledge of how to use the tools Jira, Confluence

First experiences in handling PowerBI and data visualization and knowledge in SQL, Databricks, Azure DevOps and Git are beneficial

Analytical skills and an independent, structured way of working

Teamability and Communication Strength

Own initiative and sense of responsibility

Readiness to learn and enjoy personal development
