The “DRV Bund IT” is the service provider for the German Pension Insurance Federation and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close customer agreement. The Innovation Lab of the DRV Bund IT is working at the interface between specialist and IT to drive the innovation capability of the area forward. We offer various services that enable our stakeholders to use various innovation methods. We work with agile and user-centric methods by which our coaches bring new ways of working to the participants.

Planning, preparing and performing services of the Innovation Lab (including workshops, design sprints, trainings or events) as co-coach Support in obtaining and evaluating feedback for workshops and documentation of workshop results Supporting the Senior Innovation Coaches with the customers Participation in the further development of the Innovation Lab services, including the evaluation of new methods in the context of innovative and interdisciplinary working methods

Successful completion of higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH), ideally business informatics or completed vocational training with multi-year job-relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification Multiannual job-relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of organisational advice and change management First practical experience in the application of agile and user-centric procedures and models Proven knowledge and first work experience in the use of innovation methods and models (e.g. design thinking) A high level of customer orientation and excellent communication skills are provided Very good organizational skills, solution orientation and sensitivity complete your profile
