IT Consultant (m/w/d)

Our client is a globally active industrial company that has successfully established itself on the market for many years.

We are looking for an experienced and committed Senior Consultant IT applications (m/w/d) for this international group near Waldenburg.

In this role you develop, test and implement apps and solutions based on Microsoft, Atlassian and similar products. Together with Product Owners (m/w/d), you analyze business requirements and develop workflow-based applications that optimally meet these requirements. They actively support the implementation and development of the Microsoft Power Platform for the WSS. Evaluate new features and optimize the existing environment to ensure maximum efficiency. As a central technical contact for IT applications They provide advice to various target groups. They organize and carry out trainings as well as workshops to convey knowledge and facilitate the handling of the systems. In your function, you are driving themes about automation and the use of artificial intelligence. They ensure that redesigned processes are subjected to a thorough risk and governance assessment. From the results, you will derive measures and optimizations to ensure long-term improvements.

For this position, you will ideally bring a completed (special) university course, preferably in an MINT course such as computer science. They have sound knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and JIRA. Experiences with further applications are advantageous. You have already gained first experience in creating workflow automation with Power Automate and Power Apps. Your high IT affinity and interest in the digitization and automation of processes make you an ideal partner for customers. In addition, you are characterized by pronounced analytical, structured and conceptual thinking. They work with high operational readiness and perform professionally. Communication skills and intercultural competence are your strengths as well as team spirit, flexibility and a solution-oriented e-mask mentality. Your interest in new technologies and your willingness to further develop your profile. Even if you do not bring all the required points, this is not a problem.
