Head of Controlling (m/f/d)

Responsibility for controlling, both for the Group and for all national companies Discipline and professional management of the controlling Contact person for our business and department manager Responsibility for the production of financial year planning and forecasts as well as support for all group companies Implementation of financial analyses and creation of reports to support management in decision making Further development of reporting Implementation of cost analysis and identification of potential savings Technical control of all – partly decentralised – controlling departments

Complete business studies with a focus on controlling and Finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial or controlling, ideally in an international trading company and with leadership responsibility Knowledge of financial analysis and planning Good knowledge of SAP (FI / CO) and LucaNet desirable Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Good knowledge of report tools such as Power BI or Qlikview / Qliksense desirable A high level of team and communication skills, numerical understanding, pronounced analytical and strategic skills as well as a structured way of working Convincing on management and stakeholders Decision-making and target orientation, high reliability and endurance in detail work Good knowledge of English in word and writing, other foreign language skills are advantageous
