Consultation of internal customers:insides on the conception, method selection and educational design of e-learning measures Takeover of the implementation responsibility of the e-learning measures Developing innovative concepts in the field of digital learning and continuous development together with colleagues Coordination and support of implementation and communication plans Ensuring high quality of e-learning measures, performance of usability tests and feedback initiations Participation in various exciting projects, acquisition of special tasks in the field of learning Design of the future of education and inspiration for the next generation of learning

Complete studies, e.g. in the field of BWL, media design, adult education or comparable with the focus on digital media, digital learning or didactic design As an alternative, completed vocational training with practical experience in digital media design or education Confidence with project management basics as well as agile working methods and conviction through a sovereign appearance Ideally experience in designing and implementing digital learning content (e.g. instruction design) Practical experience in video production or video editing (e.g. with Camtasia) desirable Embossed competences in data structuring and processing as well as in the handling of AI tools Communicative skills as well as rapid understanding and a high degree of self-initiative
