Real Estate Agent / Property Manager, Location Ronnenberg (Hanover) (m/f/d)

As a commercial property manager (m/w/d), you take a key role in our team and are contact persons for our tenants as well as for the owners of our real estate. Your main tasks include: Object care: Responsibility for the comprehensive administration and supervision of a stock of about 650 apartments Ensuring a high level of service for the tenants and maintaining positive relationships Contact for rent issues and issues, support for problems and concerns that cannot be solved by the First Level Support Organisation and implementation of rental hours and information events Support in the planning and execution of visits and information on empty units Cooperation with internal landlords and external brokers and technical property managers as well as asset management Coordination of maintenance and maintenance work in the managed objects and timely accounting Cooperation with external service providers and craftsmen to clarify technical issues Transfers / decreases of rental areas

Documentation and Reporting: Maintenance of property documents and lease contracts Creation of reports on the status of real estate Identification of optimization potentials in object management and implementation of measures to increase tenant satisfaction and building quality Conducting regular object visits for quality assurance

We are looking for a dedicated personality (m/w/d) that is distinguished by its professional qualification as well as by its empirical nature. Ideally you bring: Completed training to the real estate businessman, a further education to the real estate specialist or comparable qualification First professional experience in the management of residential properties Good knowledge of rental law Excellent communication and social competence Self-employed and structured work Teamability and high operational readiness Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) and ideally with the real estate software WODIS Sigma driving licence class B
