Your tasks:

• Active sale of our products on the phone to an existing and defined customer base
• Demand analysis and active consulting of existing and potential customers
• Customer mastery and independent expansion of the associated customer master files
• Support for our colleagues in office
• independent order processing
• Offer processing

What you bring:

• a completed manual or commercial vocational training
• Transversal beginners from the crafts/ hotel industry/ gastronomy/ retail or other areas with pleasure in customer contact and communication talent are expressly welcome
• Fun on sales and will for sale
• first experience in handling customers, optimally in telephone sales
• high service orientation, communication strength, contact gratitude and persuasiveness
• good basic knowledge in MS-Office
• Team spirit, self-initiative, professional appearance, sense of responsibility and structured working methods are not foreign words for you
