Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in the field of packaging

Ensuring the availability of packaging for operational operation

Planning, control and control of packages including Access and exits

Monitoring and optimisation of packaging circuits to reduce losses and shrinkage

Control and analysis of relevant KPIs (e.g. stocks, loss rates, costs)

Interface function to internal areas of operations

Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and processes

Participation in complaint processing

Further development, guidance and support of employees in the team

About You Completed commercial or logistic training, alternatively a study in the field of logistics, business management or comparable

Multiannual professional experience related to packaging, loading aids or materials management

First leadership experience or strong motivation to take over leadership responsibility

Understanding logistics processes, inventory management and cost structures

Experience in handling key figures (KPIs), analysis and reporting

Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation

Embossed communication and organizational capability

Enforcement and a high level of responsibility

Secure handling of common IT systems (e.g. MS Office, ideally ERP‐/TMS systems)

Communication talent with a structured and independent approach
