Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You act, through your presence on site, as the first respondent for patients in terms of praise, criticism or suggestions. In addition, check the facts presented to you and forward them to the relevant departments. You represent the link between the patients and the hospital and represent the interests of the patients and their relatives. Conflicts bring you solution-oriented and mediate.

You are a communicative and empathic personality with a pronounced ability to communicate in conflicts. In addition, You have the competence to always objectively consider matters and to communicate constructively between two parties. You always act in a solution-oriented and purpose-conscious manner. You are safe in dealing with the current MS Office programs and have ideally already experiences in the written recording/logging of facts to be resolved. You bring the willingness to further education and training.
