Responsibility for the organisation, control and implementation of all logistical work orders in the storage area Guidance, support and guidance of an inclusive group of employees with and without impairment Ensuring delivery dates, material flow and delivery quality Structure of workflows as well as active cooperation in optimizing processes Promoting social skills, work motivation and self-employment within the group

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people Commitment, flexibility and structured, independent work Teamability and personal stability good oral and written communication Master training or additional pedagogical knowledge are advantageous
