Construction technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: Stuttgart-Mitte

You are a key player in the care and development of a diverse real estate stock: Own-responsible control: You take over the planning, construction management and billing of reconstruction, rehabilitation and maintenance measures. Building function: You actively control construction projects, monitor appointments and costs and are the central contact person. Coordination: You coordinate and monitor all trades, from the creation of the lists of services to the award of orders. Future topics: You are actively involved in strategic projects such as energy management and the achievement of CO2 neutrality.

Education: You have completed training as a state-tested technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the field of construction or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in the coordination of various trades. Expertise: You are safe in handling the technical regulations, in particular the VOB. Software knowledge: knowledge in iTWO and REVIT are advantageous. Personal strengths: You work independently, structured and quality-conscious. Your commitment and team skills make you the perfect addition to the team. Other: Class B driving licence Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing
