These include connected services for electromobility, remote diagnostics for buses and 3D printing. Our Sales & Product Management Digital Services team is developing the digital services product strategy with the aim of detecting customer needs early and creating real added value for our customers so that they can operate your bus fleets more efficiently. We also have responsibility for the distribution of digital services. We control the sales organisations in the various countries to continuously increase the paragraphs of our services. We also support the sales organization in consulting customers, marketing actions, calculations and in the technical implementation of data interfaces. In our young team we support each other and learn from each other. Each person is invited to introduce himself as an individual personality with his own strengths. Mobile/flexible work is possible in coordination with the team. In your internship, you are part of the Sales & Product Management Digital Services team and have the opportunity to take on activities from a variety of tasks. Depending on your interest, you can focus on your internship and develop your strengths in the following areas: Participation in the development and implementation of our digital and data strategy in the AfterSales to further advance the digital transformation in our company. Own implementation of projects in the field of sales and product management under the guidance of experienced mentors. Analysis of market and competition data to identify trends and derive strategic recommendations. Support for sales activities including customer acquisitions and customer support to ensure the satisfaction of our customers Close cooperation with various departments, including marketing, development and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of digital services.
