Identification and analysis of digitalization potentials: You identify and evaluate opportunities to digitize and automate our internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Presentation of workshops: You guide workshops on process design and optimization, both remotely and locally at our locations. End-to-end analyses: You bring together the specialist departments involved in the process and research the feasibility of our digitalization initiatives. Potential assessment: You evaluate and prioritise the economic and operational opportunities of new digital initiatives based on well-founded business cases and solution approaches focusing on standardization. Consultation: You support our locations and departments in the context of our demand process in defining requirements and selecting suitable software solutions. Project implementation: You accompany your own projects from idea to implementation. Documentation and Knowledge Management: You create and provide documentation on digital projects and solutions to ensure sustainable knowledge management.

You have a degree in IT, logistics, economic engineering or BWL or a comparable training and brings detectable professional experience in the consulting environment, ideally with a focus on the (agile) development of digital products. You are interested in the topic of digitalization and innovations and can demonstrate corresponding experience in this area. You may have knowledge in the field of logistics, contact points for controlling and experience in product management and software development. You combine joy in analytical work and visualization of processes, interfaces and solution concepts with sovereign appearance across different levels. You are characterized by enforcing and organizational skills and by proactive action. You are ready to travel in Germany and abroad in Europe and, in addition to fluent German-, you also have good English skills in word and writing.
