You take over the overall management of our Romanian company (PARSA Beauty s.r.l.) and, in close coordination with our management, you are responsible for compliance with all central and legal requirements You ensure the achievement of the defined goals and KPIs – from sales and profitability to stocks, returns and budgets. In doing so, you tax budget, revenue and income and conduct conditions negotiations within the framework of the valid guidelines You enter into our existing customer relationships and develop them sustainably. You acquire new customers in line with our priorities and capacities. You actively shape assortment, promotions and sales strategies based on market and competition observations As a representative of PARSA Beauty, you will be professionally and legally binding to trading partners and institutions You lead and develop your team – both in Romania and the Sales Assistant at the Sinsheim site. In addition, you are a contact person for internal fields, give impulses and ideas e.g. for product innovations and sales materials

You have a successfully completed business studies (e.g. BWL, International Business, Industrial Engineering) or a comparable commercial training with corresponding professional experience You bring multi-year experience in international sales, ideally as a country manager in the FMCG industry Due to your high willingness to travel, you are at least a week a month on site in Romania. There, you're begging PARSA Beauty's business relationships and continuing to build your business You are perfectly familiar with the trade environment in Romania – from LEH to drugstores and pharmacies to online retailers – and ideally have experience in the B2B area in Eastern Europe You identify with our brand and our claim. With passion and persuasiveness, you act as a strong brand ambassador in Romania and manage to win our customers for PARSA Beauty You have excellent language skills in Romanian (C1/C2) and a high level of communication security in German and English (at least. C1) Your very good analytical understanding and make it easy for you to advance our international business
