Creation of operational evaluations and strategic analyses for controlling medical performance processes Performance and revenue planning in close cooperation with the commercial controlling Preparation and active participation in budget negotiations Own implementation of MDK management, including missions, written procedures, contradictions and accompanying judicial proceedings Participation in projects for the further development of medical control within the business unit and clinics Responsibility for the timely data reporting to the relevant institutions in accordance with the statutory requirements (e.g. §21 KHEntG, §26 KHG, §275d SGB V) Support in ensuring external quality assurance

Complete training in the medical field and at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of medical controlling Knowledge of the stationary accounting system and experience in the independent processing of MD and cash requests Knowledge of the legal framework in hospital and comprehensive knowledge of the German DRG accounting system from a medical and business perspective Experience accompanied by MDK reviews and visits Continuous analysis and further development of processes for controlling medical services German and good English skills Openness paired with independent and structured working Strong conceptual thinking and a solution-oriented approach Embossed number affinity with attention to detail
