The S-Payment belongs to the DSV group and is the tactor for all payment topics in the Sparkassen financial group. We recognize trends, create new impulses and advance savings banks with innovative payment solutions – and we have a direct influence on over 45 million end customers. We develop and market payment solutions for both PoS and e- and M-commerce. Among other things, this includes contactless payment with cards and the smartphone (App “Mobile Payment” for Android as well as Apple Pay with the Sparkasse) and much more.

Your tasks You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership and the establishment of a team for target group-specific market and data processing for the company customer segment of the savings banks. For the analysis of this target group, special tools are used with the help of which extensive industries and detailed analyses are possible. Together with your team, you analyze customer data from individual savings banks and thus generate customer lists for targeted marketing and sales campaigns. These are provided to the marketing and sales teams for further processing. In addition to data analysis, extensive market and product knowledge for the POS and the e-commerce business are required. You evaluate the performance and results of the individual campaigns and improve them regularly. This will give you a result contribution for the individual sales lines. Together with your team, you are for the continuous development of the application and data analysis including responsible for the necessary budget The aim and control of the team are your tasks as well as the coordination of the sales targets with the relevant specialist areas such as sales, product management and marketing.

Your profile Complete study of economics, informatics or engineering or comparable Multiannual proven professional experience in the field of direct or indirect distribution of a financial service provider in the payment area (NSP, PSP, acquirer, etc.) or a manufacturer of cash systems, cash register software, digital or cloud-based services First leadership experiences in cross-functional organizations Practical experience with agile methods and procedures as well as conceptual thinking and enforcement The ability to work in a frequently complex environment and to address solutions to challenges German and fluent English skills complete your profile
