With the property management, you are responsible for the staff of your organizational unit. You are responsible for the proper responsibilities in your area of responsibility. You optimize work processes and ensure smooth operation. In the case of training and personnel development measures for employees in the field of expertise, as well as in the training of young workers from Hessen Mobil, you actively support them. You conduct the annual talks with the employees directly associated with you. Other tasks include ensuring the exchange of information and communication within Hessen Mobil and with third parties, as well as monitoring and maintaining the implementation of an occupational safety system in accordance with the regulations.

You have a completed university degree in the field of regional care, landscape architecture, landscape planning or a comparable qualification. You have a very good overview of the work spectrum of national care, related to the topics of environmental compatibility, FFH directive, species protection, landscape-care planning, landscape-care planning (agriculture) and ecological building management. You also have well-founded knowledge of environmental and planning law as well as in procurement and administration. A relevant, multiannual professional experience in the field of national care is required. Ideally, you could already gain leadership experience. You have a safe occurrence, very good communicative skills and a high level of integration and enforcement. It makes you happy to motivate, promote and develop employees. Equally, you enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation as well as skill and commitment to organizing an effective service. The activity is linked to missions and therefore the driving licence class B is required.
