The IMT researches functional materials, magnetic resonance and X-ray analysis as well as nanotechnology for optics, photonics and photovoltaics. In an international environment, around 200 employees work together on these topics. As part of the administration team, you will perform the following tasks: In the institute, You serve the personnel affairs of student and scientific assistants, interns, master students and scholarship holders. You prepare settings and contract extensions, create contracts and accompany the associated processes. You request and manage infrastructure usage contracts for external employees. As a central contact person, you work closely with internal service units such as staff service, personnel development and legal department. In addition, you coordinate onboarding and exit processes and ensure the timely processing of administrative processes.

Complete training in commercial or administrative fields or a comparable qualification with multiannual relevant professional experience SAP knowledge, safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel Good knowledge of German and English Ready-to-use, a structured and targeted way of working and a pronounced organisational skills Experience in the field of personnel and basic skills in labour law is advantageous
