Paralegal Collegial Team (m/f/d)

You take over the digital opening, care and organization of our mandate files. You create and edit documents as well as other documents using Microsoft 365 and ensure professional formatting. You are prepared in German and English, also on the basis of phonodictates. You can reliably keep an eye on important dates, deadlines and reimaginations. You take care of the processing and organization of the beA mailbox. You coordinate appointments and take over the booking and billing of business trips. You create bills of charge according to the law of attorney (RVG) and on the basis of individual compensation agreements.

You have completed an apprenticeship as a lawyer (gn ) or have a comparable qualification. First experiences in a law firm or legal department are advantageous, but no prerequisite. You work carefully, independently and organized and can set priorities. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing. Dealing with Microsoft 365 is familiar to you and digital work processes are of course yours. You appreciate the team's cooperation and keep quiet and an overview even at high levels of work.
