As a future job owner (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the monitoring of the quality management system certified according to ISO 9001/2015 and its continuous development. Together with your team (4 employees), you can ensure quality requirements across groups and perform quality control in purchasing parts, intermediate and final products. They also support product and process implementations, create test plans and test instructions and are responsible for initial sampling, release processes and fault analyses. The planning and implementation of internal and external audits are also part of your diverse and varied responsibility.

The position addresses candidates (m/w/d) with completed, technical training, technical studies or a comparable qualification. Based on this, you have substantial professional experience in quality assurance, which has ideally been acquired in the context of an industrial company. They are also routined in dealing with the principles of quality management, with MS Office and with common ERP systems. Personally, you convince with pronounced, analytical thinking and a structured and process-oriented manner. They have a high, technical understanding, a good understanding and are also able to act in a solution-oriented manner and always with a “click for the feasible”. You act pragmatically and vigorously and always have a look at the success of the entire company.
