For our central Product Management department in the Service Line Facility Management, in which we develop future services and accompany our operational units throughout Europe in the extraction and implementation of new orders, we are looking for a calibrator for infrastructural services. The office is preferably located in Stuttgart but also optionally at one of our Germany-wide locations (e.g. Munich, Berlin).
Your task
Responsibility: Costing infrastructural services in the field of facility management and creation of order costing for industrial and automotive industries tackling tasks: creation of personnel requirements and hourly calculations; Pick-up and evaluation of after-contractor offers as well as planning of machines, materials and equipment Precisely implement: analysis and evaluation of tender documents (performance directories, specifications); Plausibility and technical assessment of customer requirements Inspire infrastructure FM: participation in visits and inventory on site; Support in the implementation of new orders in the IFM area and ensuring a structured, independent and timely operation Promote progress: independent development of cleaning concepts, especially in maintenance cleaning and implementation of cost-effectiveness and cost analyses Living cooperation: Close coordination with operating units, object lines and purchasing
