As a senior RME Technician, you help us stay one step ahead of development. You use the latest technologies and identify new, efficient working methods. In this role, you look closely at our processes and help us follow and further increase our highest safety standards. - Ensure that all work is carried out according to the highest safety standards (SOPs/LOTO), including role model, coaching and consistent implementation in the team
- Control and prioritization of disturbances, maintenance and tasks within the layer, including escalation management for minimizing standstills
- Monitor plant and equipment performance by floor walks, visual checks, maintenance-oriented monitoring and preventive maintenance; Deduction of additional measures as needed
- Implementation and coordination of sustainable bug fixes (RCA/5-Why) to improve availability, stability and plant performance

QUALIFICATIONS
