Accounting employee - (m/f/d)

You book banking movements (bank clearing) as well as various business incidents in the core systems of PBeaKK, taking into account extensive research. You carry out depreciation and depreciation in the service sector and in the stock and third-party business and ensure proper accounting processing. You shall act in the processing of paybacks, take account of the debiting of non-appropriable liabilities and deferred amounts, taking into account the applicable rules and internal guidelines. You edit the associated correspondence and supported the implementation of orders from the individual locations of PBeaKK. You are responsible for the monitoring and processing of the function mailboxes as well as the electronic inbox and act as a contact person for incoming transactions. You cooperate in the interface processing in the main book (SAP S/4HANA) in accordance with the applicable work instructions. You take over the preparatory processing of billing inputs and ensure proper further processing. The deposit, archiving and timely disposal of documents from the Accounting Team is also part of your task.

You ideally bring a completed vocational training in the commercial sector with a focus on accounting or comparable qualifications in the relevant field. Alternatively, you have acquired the necessary know-how through practical experience and specific knowledge to successfully fulfill the tasks of this position. You have very good knowledge of accounting as well as a good understanding of the organization and the existing processes and processes in accounting. You are familiar with the current MS Office applications and ideally bring safe knowledge to SAP S/4HANA / VIM. A careful, precise and independent procedure is of course for you.
