As an intern Employer Branding (m/w/d), you support our teams in the areas of campaign management, social media and online communication - and thus actively contribute to a successful external appearance of Deloitte as an employer. Social Media: You take the creation of content and planning of social media activities (paid & organic), including monitoring and tracking. campaign management: From conception to implementation, you support the team at Employer Branding and Event campaigns for different business areas as well as target groups. Content Creation: You participate in the conceptual further development of our website as well as the Career Blog and independently take over the creation of marketing materials for various online channels. Analytics: From KPI dashboards to performance evaluation - you support tracking and reporting our actions. Stakeholder Management: You take internal voting processes and communicate independently with service providers and agencies, including coordination up to the final go level.

Advanced studies with (very) good academic achievements as well as a focus in the field of marketing, communication, media, personnel, BWL, VWL, economics, psychology, German Studies or a similar subject First relevant practical experience through internships or work study activities, preferably in the field of marketing or employer branding joy in writing texts and creating creative materials through a safe handling of MS Office products; Photoshop experiences are helpful Self-employed, detailed, creative, structured and solution-oriented working style, a lot of team spirit as well as a pronounced communication and contact strength Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
