As Manager of Information Security (m/w/d), the Resilienz Management group coordinates information security at our foreign branch (Afil) in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and London. Specifically, you ensure compliance with bank-wide information security requirements and relevant local regulatory requirements (e.g. NYCRR500, Fed, HKMA, MAS, PRA, FCA) and conduct information risk and cyber risk analyses. In addition, you initiate awareness-raising and training measures on information security and coordinate audits or audits. Assessments focusing on information security. You provide advice to the foreign offices regarding central and local information security requirements for projects and procurement projects – and we also entrust you with the creation and further development of specific management reports and relevant key figures for controlling and verifying the information security compliance of our foreign offices. In close consultation with our IT, you monitor local regulatory developments and initiate adaptations to existing requirements, processes and procedures – and we also build on your support and coordination in the cooperation of the units responsible for information security and the management of information security. You promote and coordinate international exchanges on best practices between central and foreign departments and act as a central contact person in the context of information security on bank-wide or transnational issues. The assessment and support of the central units in taking local aspects into account in processes, organization and methods and procedures of information security round off your area of responsibility. Successful study: Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics or a comparable academic degree Multiannual professional practice in designing, implementing and checking information security measures routine in the coordination and management of (partial) projects in the international context, in the implementation of risk and deviation analyses and in the realization of information security requirements in international organisations Expertise in (inter-)national regulatory requirements in the banking environment (e.g. NYCRR500, Fed, HKMA, MAS, PRA, FCA, DORA, MaRisk) as well as common standards and best practices (ISO 27001, ISO 27002, NIST etc.) – advantageous: certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM or the like.
