You are responsible for coordinating employees in the layer assigned to you.

You have relevant professional experience in the warehouse and the management of employees.

Business knowledge and a strong sense of numbers are a prerequisite. As a layer line, you are ready to control and motivate your team at different times (layer work).

Your curiosity drives you to walk new horizons and bring the courage to question known ways and to help shape and advance changes.

With your communicative and empathic way, you convince across all interest groups and also show assertiveness in tricky situations.
