Comprehensive support of complex national and international rehabilitation, restructuring and settlement commitments in all asset classes Accompanying the placement of NPL credit risks at the banking/capital market (syndizierung, Funds, other secondary market activities) Support for national and international corporate financing Creation and negotiation of contract documentation in cooperation with other business areas as well as external law firms and consultants Monitoring of extrajudicial and judicial disputes Coordination and control of external lawyers including cost monitoring and budget management Identification and assessment of the legal risks with the best possible implementation of the business ideas Active participation in the analysis of new legal developments and the development of legal standards in the field of credit, insolvency and restructuring law
