Project Manager Major Construction Projects - Client Representation / HOAI (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the holistic management of construction projects across all phases of the project – from initiation to successful completion You take over the control and coordination of all project participants and secure a functioning project organization You are responsible for maintaining the defined costs, dates and qualities as part of the project management. You recognize deviations early and control them professionally You act as a central contact person on the building site and conduct external project taxers as well as further consulting targeted You focus on the active management of the project, including risk, change and follow-up management You support the preparation and implementation of decisions at the building level and prepare complex facts in a comprehensible way

You have a university or university degree in architecture, civil engineering, business or similar fields You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the private and/or public sector, ideally in large-scale construction projects at federal and/or state level and in the function as project manager:in You know about legislation in the construction context (AHO, HOAI, VOB/A, etc.) You have strengths in project management and are able to prepare complex issues for addressing You master multi-project management and keep track of the work with different stakeholders at all times You are ideally certified according to GPM or the like and work structured and result-oriented You bring flexibility with regard to your start time and a certain readiness to travel for personal customer appointments You are interested in a long-term perspective and not just in a short-term connection solution
